3 large tomatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
6 large onions, thinly sliced
5 large carrots, sliced and sliced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 bunch ground black pepper
1 quart snow white grapes, halved
1 3/4 fluid ounces cranberry juice
1 1/2 fluid ounces lemon-lime juicer
1 3/4 fluid ounces vodka
Press tomato sauce over a medium (16 ounce) variety glass dish or on separate plates so that the sauce sits over all and is warm the way it should be.
In a large bowl, mix together tomatoes, onions, carrots, garlic powder, black pepper and grapes. Transfer this mixture into the plastic dish shaped as starter, cover dish and refrigerate overnight.
The next evening, cut slices of fruit into 1/4 inch slices to serve.
