1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced hard-cooked eggs
1/4 cup margarine, melted
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Stir in lemon juice, mustard, vinegar, tarragon and mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate over night.
Blend cream cheese mixture and brown sugar mixture until smooth. Stir together.
Sprinkle mixture over fish and veggies on a salad plate and serve warm.
