1 (12 ounce) package lettuce lettuce
1 cup salsa
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (16 ounce) can anchovy fillets
1 (48 ounce) can cream-style corn
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1 cup light beer
In a large bowl, combine lettuce, salsa, mayonnaise, salt, paprika, pepper and anchovy. Mix together. Refrigerate until salad dressing is desired.
In a large glass bowl, mix cream-style corn, tomato paste, ketchup and water. Mix together. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
To serve, place corn, tomato paste, ketchup and water in a large plastic container and refrigerate until serving time.
