1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Saute celery in oil until crisp. Stir in onion and garlic, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until vegetables are evenly coated.
Remove turkey, bones and breasts from oven. Place breasts in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese mixture and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Cover baking dish and pour gravy over breasts.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until internal thigh area of breasts is tender. Remove breasts and dip them in hot water. Return to oven and cook 20 minutes more, or until breasts are golden brown and cheese mixture is bubbly. Serve warm.
