2 lemons
1/2 cup ginger ale
1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup white grape juice
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium saucepan, combine lemonade, ginger ale, gelatin, sugar, lemon juice, grape juice and lemon zest. Stir until well blended.
Stir lemon mixture into grape juice mixture and lemon zest into grape juice mixture. Stir gently until flavors are well blended. Serve chilled.
