1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (6 ounce) package cream cheese soup mix
12 slices French bread, torn into small pieces
1 (3 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (3 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and cream cheese soup mixture until smooth. Stir in peaches and orange juice concentrate. Shape into a roll. Place in two lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dishes. Cover with heavy duty waxed paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Cool before removing waxed paper.
