1 (15 ounce) can vanilla wafers
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
8 frozen cherries, quartered
15 frozen strawberries, quartered
2 cups margarine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Stir frozen wafer ice cream into a medium saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce heat to low; simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until completely melted. Stir in whipped topping, cherries and strawberries.
Stir margarine or margarine into whipped Cream until smooth. Gradually stir in 1 1/2 cup flour. Pour into ice cream; cool. Refrigerate 2 days or overnight before serving.
