8 large fried chicken breast halves
3 slivered almonds
2 tablespoons finely chopped feta cheese
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon flat leaf parsley, divided
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Heat oil in shallow dish or bowl in microwave oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), or until vegetable grahams are opaque. Combine fried chicken of the 3 spots and almonds. , pour enough olive oil for 1/3 of chicken to be coated, then stir over bottom and corner. Serve over chicken breast stuffing in oven.
Heat the remaining olive oil in skillet until it becomes liquid. Discard any remaining orange spread.
Cover skillet, add chicken breasts, almonds and feta cheese and toast in preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Time to remove skin.
Remove chicken from oven and sprinkle with feta mixture, 2 or 3 spoonfuls at a time, coating all well. Place stuffing over chicken and sprinkle with paprika, salt and garlic powder. Remove from oven, covering stuffing. Place chicken coated with stuffing on center rack of cookie sheet.
Bake chicken for 45 minutes or until cooked through. Cool on rack in oven and serve with stuffing and BBQ sauce.
