3/4 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) can refried beans
3/4 cup water
8 slices white bread, torn in half
1 (2 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
6 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a food processor or blender, process milk, refried beans, water, bread and green chiles until smooth. Rub remaining ingredients in bottom of a 9x13 inch pan (or using a 9 x 13 inch baking dish). Bake in preheated oven until cheese is bubbly and bubbly, about 5 minutes.
