Monica's Eggnog Pie Recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 ounce) packages lemon flavored Jell-O mix

1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O

2 eggs

1/2 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

1/4 cup water

1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions

Microwave gelatin in microwave oven for 1 minute. Twist lemon zest into small, orange shapes. Make small holes in lemon zest. Place gelatin in microwave oven, stirring occasionally, until gelatin dissolves.

In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggnog and lemon-lime soda until foamy. Stir lemon-lime soda into gelatin mixture. Gradually beat into jelly-melt liquor.

Roll out pastry and pinch edges to seal. Place seam side up 1 1 inch apart onto pie plate. Place graham cracker crust on top of pie.

Microwave cream in microwave for 1 minute. Beat gelatin mixture into whipped cream. Spread over pie. Microwave remaining 1/4 cup lemon slice on top of pie. Microwave remaining lemon slice for 1 minute. Pour cream over pie. Microwave remaining lemon slice for 1 minute. Pour creamer over pie. Microwave remaining lemon slice for 1 minute. Pour cream over pie. Microwave remaining lemon slice for 1 minute. Pour cream over pie. Microwave remaining lemon slice for 1 second. Pour over pie. Microwave remaining lemon slice for 1 minute. Pour cream over cream. Microwave remaining lemon slice for 1 second. Pour cream over cream.
