1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter, softened
6 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup white sugar
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 (8 ounce) container vanilla glaze
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat 3 tablespoons butter into the cream cheese mixture. Mix in honey and sugar together and spread mixture into a 9 inch pie pan (if using a 9 inch pan, measure cup of pie into the bottom of the pie pan).
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. While baking, in a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons flour, 2 cups confectioners' sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix flour mixture into cream cheese mixture and spread mixture evenly into pie pan. Cool completely, and refrigerate after 8 hours, or overnight.
When the pie is cool, press the cream cheese mixture into the center of the pie. Pour in the sugar mixture and spread mixture over pie.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for one hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
In a small bowl, stir together vanilla and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Spread over pie, and refrigerate before serving.
