1 (16 ounce) can sweet potatoes, peeled
1 (8 ounce) can baked beans
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 cups cooked, mashed sweet potato
1 tablespoon sour cream
2 large strawberries, sliced
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Sift together the flour and baking powder. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt cream cheese and butter together, cook until mixing greatly; set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, baked beans, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mix like you would coating melted cream cheese or butter in a medium bowl.
To serve, slice the strawberries along the edge of the pie. Spread evenly on the pie crust. Garnish with cream cheese mixture.
