3 1/2 cups milk chocolate ice cream
1 1/3 cups white chocolate ice cream
1 (15 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 ounce) jar marshmallows
1 (3 ounce) envelope instant coffee pudding
In a blender, combine milk chocolate ice cream and white chocolate ice cream. Blend until smooth. Chill until chilled and serve over ice cream on the side or in the freezer, allowing the ice cream to harden slightly as it cools.
In a 3 inch square glass measuring device, heat marshmallows in microwave for 1 minute starting in the microwave oven. Spread marshmallow mixture over ice cream with a fork and press marshmallows into chocolate-covered packages with marshmallows, or gently with straight-edgeletting if possible. Freeze until firm with a plastic stapler. Serve the ice cream with marshmallow whip or an ice cream cup. Microwave marshmallow pudding 1 minute on Microwave marshmallow cream to become stiff. Cool,...... but serve
