3 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
8 ounces cream cheese
4 ounces pecan cereal
1 cup chopped pecans
In a small saucepan, mix together pudding mix, cream cheese, pecans and chopped pecans.
Sprinkle mixture over ice cream and freeze for at least 2 hours. Over the overnight freeze, stir with a metal spoon until pudding mixture is completely melted and gradually cooled.
