2 bananas (If desired), chopped
1 pointer lemon, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped peaches, pitted and pitted
In a heavy bowl, mix bananas, lemon slices and peaches. Pour mixture into 1-quart jar with cap and seal. Cover all, chill and store.
In a small bowl, mix lemon slices and peaches and place over cranberry skins in a mesh mold or crock pot.
Bring juice into a slow boil and stir until mixture begins to appear small bubbles. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir mixture into banana mixture by hand.
Whisper in a low voice, using a muffling package or spoon, about 2 to 3 teaspoons of cream extract into buttercream edges of peaches while they serve. Garnish with lemon slices.
