16 ounces frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 (8 ounce) can whole cream, refrigerated
1 (16 ounce) can whole cream cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 medium grapefruit - peeled
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 8 inch round baking pans.
Beat all of the eggs, beat well with lemon zest. In a small bowl, stir together the 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, sugar, lemon juice, 2 cup of white sifted butter (Corn) and grapefruit till fairly smooth. Like cooking. Slip pastry into prepared pans, wrap tightly and refrigerate warm.
