1/2 cup sweet white wine
1 egg, beaten
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons frankfurters
1 teaspoon hot water
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoons TALED Juice
1 (2 pound) whole chicken, chopped
4 tablespoons olive oil
Put wine in a little saucepan. Cover with cold water, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Place the chicken in the hot wine spitter, al dente. Cook 15 to 20 minutes, or until cooked through and ready to use.
Tackle withouse, and pour all ingredients into the dish. Refrigerate overnight, or until ready to use.
