1 (18 ounce) package Applesauce Oat Flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/3 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the Applesauce, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat in the oil and cream cheese. Mix in the sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 90 minutes in the preheated oven, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
