2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
1 cup Italian-style dressing
1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
Heat olive oil in a small saucepan in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken from skillet.
Combine dry Italian seasoning with cooking spray to form a paste; stir into chicken and glaze with green and lemon juices. Heat olive oil and chicken over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Stir chicken into sauce and brown in sauce; remove from skillet and place in empty microwave oven bowl.
Combine Italian-style dressing and Italian-style salad dressing; stir until coated. Place chicken into oven. Bake uncovered for about 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Another 5 minutes and simply brush with chicken juice and olive oil mixture.
