1/2 cup raisins
6 teaspoons margarine
3 1/2 tablespoons whiskey
1 1/2 teaspoons orange juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup sparkling, divided
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 eggs, beaten
Melt raisins and margarine in the top bowl of a double boiler or in a small saucepan. Remove from heat, and stir in whiskey and orange juice. Place dish in the fridge or freezer.
Combine pudding mix and eggs. Fold in raisins and 2 homemade chocolate mixtures. Pour over pudding mixture, refrigerate to let pudding crisp, add milk if pudding creams are too thin. Serve warm.
