1 pound ground pork, chopped
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon dry white wine
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/3 cup dried figs
1 small onion, chopped
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Melt butter, 1/2 cup butter, 21 teaspoons heavy cream, and 1 tablespoon wine in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cinnamon and pepper flakes. Saute for about 20 minutes.
Place pork in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Wash, dry, and slice into 2-inch cubes. Rub, seasoning, and sear pork cubes; season with onion, cream of mushroom soup. Bake 24 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.
