1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar for decoration
1 cup milk, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, mix pecans, melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, egg, flour, 1 cup of milk. Shape dough into desired shape.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Roll the dough into the desired shape. Place cookie sheets on a cookie sheet, and flatten slightly.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
