1 (14 ounce) package yellow cake mix
2 cups water
1 (12 ounce) package instant sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Set aside.
In a large saucepan combine cake mix, pudding mix and orange juice together. Cook over medium heat until bubbles form. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Mix in whipped topping, then pour mixture into pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, until center of the cake springs back when touched. Cool completely before removing from pan.
