1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed stewed tomatoes

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon white sugar

Directions

Lower heat and cook until just tender, tossing and allowing the meat to completely absorb the liquid (230-240 degree F). Stir in lemon juice to coat, covered.
