2 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium onions, finely diced
1/4 cup chopped garlic
2 tablespoons Zesty Italian Seasoning
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1 tablespoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried chill
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
salt to taste
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onions in olive oil until tender. Stir garlic and oregano into onions. Season with zesty Italian seasoning, oregano, salt, basil, oregano, rosemary, sage, Italian seasoning and paprika. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minutes.
Stir lobster meat into the skillet; pour over vegetables. Continue to cook until lobster is flaky. Stir in 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, oregano, basil, oregano, rosemary, sage, Italian seasoning and paprika. Heat through, scraping up browned bits of scum.
