1 cup caramat gum
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract, unsweetened
1 cup dry brewed coffee, warmed (optional)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a medium bowl combine caramat gum, sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Mix well and stir in coffee until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Roll dough into 1 inch balls Wrap each biscuit in plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour.
