5 pounds salmon fillets
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup marinade
Remove fish from its aquarium. Place in glass dish or bowl, and coat with marinade. The fish appears peachy. Cover, and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, preheat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Warm sweeter fish sauce to room temperature.
