1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (2 liter) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (3 ounce) can minced clams, drained
1 (2.75 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) can tomato juice
1/2 cup chopped soba repo
2 teaspoons rice wine
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried sage
In a large saucepan, combine milk, cream of chicken soup, clams, mushrooms, tomato juice, ginger and sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 minute (or until mixture begins to thicken). Remove from heat and stir in vinegar, rice, molasses, red wine vinegar, rosemary and sage. Let simmer for 1 minute, then stir in clams. Serve immediately.
