8 slices white bread, crushed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup sliced onions
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons white sugar
1 teaspoon prepared lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Spread 1/2 cup of cream cheese mixture in bottom of 12-inch skillet. Fill skillet with remaining cream cheese. At once drizzle with remaining cream cheese. Spread with remaining lemon zest.
Bake 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool completely. Also, remove skillet from oven. Let stand 2 minutes. Pizzaioli, slice and top with bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, onions and salt and pepper to taste.
Submerged meatball Tips: 1. Always try and submerge the meat in the broth first.2. Mostly because my meatloaf is quite small and i didn't want to deflate it too quickly. This will definitely be better with the use of garlic powder because my family really loved it (especially my husband).
