1 cup sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons almonds
2 tablespoons raspberry preserves
3 tablespoons cranberry preserves
3 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup banana slices
1/2 cup cantaloupe jam
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Combine sunflower seeds, almonds, raspberry preserves and cranberry preserves. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Fold into 4 slices. Spread on warm toast.
