1 (9 inch) prepared pie crust
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (17 ounce) can sweetened lemonade
3 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
In an electric blender, combine sugar, lemon juice, lemon juice and lemonade. Add eggs, and Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into pie shell. Chill Pie in refrigerator for one hour, then serve at room temperature.
To make the cream: In a medium bowl, combine butter, vinegar, milk and heavy cream. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture over pie. Chill Pie in refrigerator for one hour, then refrigerate for one hour or more. Garnish and serve at room temperature.
