Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish or nine inch casserole dish.

Julienne potatoes 2 to 5 minutes.

I made this for my wife last night for dinner and gave her the exact recipe before returning it the next day. She loves it and I will make it again--traditionally I use homemade relish, but with so many improvements. I would recommend using chicken broth instead of water--because even though it sounds obvious, it really doesn't make much of a difference. Other than that, I will make this again--and will probably make... MORE RELIANT RECIPE
