2 white potatoes, patted dry
2 carrots, sliced
1 small onion, diced
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1 medium head cabbage, finely shredded
1 medium head snow crab
6 ounces Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Bring large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and carrots and cook until tender, about 10 minutes; drain. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix cooked potato, carrot, onion, celery, salt and pepper. Mix well and spread mixture in baking dish or platter.
Combine cabbage, snow crab and olive oil among potato mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring often. Pour into prepared baking dish or platter and stir into the salad.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
