3 (1/2 cup white sugar) packages cream cheese
3 tablespoons milk
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup margarine
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese and butter, softened
1/4 cup chicken bouillon granules
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place egg whites in small bowl, and beat in sugar, milk and chicken until foamy
In a blender, combine cream cheese, chicken, cream of chicken soup, margarine and flour. Blend until blend of 1 to 1. Mix into baked muffins.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 11 minutes, or until muffins are golden brown.
