1 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 zucchino cheese
1 small yellow onion, sliced in rounds
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup whipped heavy cream
4 cups diced bananas
Beat sugar in medium saucepan; stir in butter and zucchino cheese. Cook over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat. Mix eggs and milk and whisk into sugar mixture. Bring mixture, somewhat thick, to a simmer. Beat egg whites into butter mixture alternately with whipped whipping cream. Serve warm or at room temperature.
