1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 cup white sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 (9 inch) prepared cookie sheet
Preheat oven to 350-375 degrees F (175 degrees C). Divide cream cheese evenly among three paper baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches between each.
Bake, in preheated oven, for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet to cool completely.
