1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (1 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (15 ounce) can sliced canned mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 (12 ounce) package Mexican-style processed cheese food, cubed
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, celery, onion, bell pepper and garlic powder. Mix well. Place the celery mixture over the mayonnaise mixture in a small layer. Transfer into a 2 inch round steak-shaped casserole dish. Top with cheese to cover.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
