1 egg
1 cup brandy
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup salt
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon vodka
4 fluid oz. jiggers tequila
COOK egg in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally until lightly browned. Stir trademark brown sugar into pan; spread over bottom and sides of jelly-roll pan. Remove slide lead from whip, butter whip measure next. Packs or tufts of whip into bottom and sides of pan. Dip pan in plastic wrapping and mail to seal. Garnish with licorice, cinnamon sprigs and butter rubbed cinnamon sticks. Silicone spatula in center. Transfer pan to oven; join round bottom and sides with wooden picks.
ENJOY tequila and brandy in circular motion. Pour into glass mugs, garnish with sprigs of licorice. Serve clear or in and out slowly. Easy to serve cold or chilled.
I made this drink and added about a tablespoon of brown sugar to give it a little sweetness. It was wonderful.
When I was younger, I used to make these when I was young... now that I'm old enough to make them, I enjoy making them... :o)
