1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup prepared Dijon-style mustard
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Break up string cheese and mince. Dredge in oil, then sprinkle with sugar and salt. Place 3 tablespoons cheese mixture into each hollowed out shell of a 9 inch springform pan.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 25 minutes. Remove cheese from pan and place on serving platter.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until well browned. Serve at room temperature for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
