Rather poor. ThepecJensen 4.0 Relatively new to this recipe, but great effort. Everyone thought this was brilliant and honestly didn't expect it to be this good. It's really easy to, but if you're not careful, it can be darned yourself. Have a lump in the middle from the raw egg, so it might be a good idea to refrigerate it to save it from curdling and MAKING THE PAN! The texture is wonderful! More like bread than a biscuit, which is SO delicious. Many thanks for sharing this!
