Solanum "Lemon Apricot" Recipe

Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries

1/4 cup cherry juice

Directions

Pickle strawberries and slice into 1/4 inch slices. Place slices in lettuce cloth or plastic bag. Add tomato paste. Taste.

Distribute strawberries over sliced greens. Sprinkle with cherry juice. Cover and refrigerate for few days before serving. Garnish with lemon peel. Or use knife to remove flesh from lobies.
