3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound Swiss cheese, cubed
1/4 cup chopped pimento
1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
Combine cream cheese, garlic powder, Swiss cheese, pimento and green pepper in a large bowl.
Heat a 9x13 inch pan or roasting pan over medium heat. Place cream cheese mixture in pan and toss to coat. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Place green pepper over cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with horseradish. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
