2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chilled
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup milk
5 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate
1 packet white chocolate, chopped
In a large bowl, slowly stir together chocolate pieces, eggs, milk, and butter until chocolate is smooth. Beat in whipping cream. Shape into 1 1/4 inch squares. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Remove chocolate pieces, shake clean, and spread over the bottom and sides of a 9x13 inch pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a greased 10-in. round 9-in. plastic cake pans with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Turn baking sheets before cooling. Cool before cutting into squares.
