I edited the recipe a little bit--additionally I had raw turkey chops;-) and it was really good! And really quick and easy to make! I didn't have any dried cranberries--just some unpickled apples that I peeled and sliced. I didn't have any chocolate on hand--I used Hershey's Dark Cocoa powder. Heated two cups of that and then added the cream and sugar at the end. fizzing... and pretty darn good.
