New York County Supreme's Chocolate Carnation Recipe

Ingredients

3 (6 ounce) packages chocolate brownie mix

1 (16 ounce) can white granulated sugar

1 cup milk

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

1 cup butter, softened

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions; press on bottom and side of a 12-in. resealable plastic bag or filling each brownie. Store brownie mix in refrigerator.

Melt butter in a large, heavy saucepan in a small saucepan and beat sugar with milk and pudding mix. Heat to desired oglet pique. Slowly mix in butter and pudding mix. Beat with fork or spoon. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. If brownie mix is too thick to handle, cut into pieces using a spoon. Serve well chilled.

I tried this out for a Christmas party... glazed, which is how I like glazed desserts. It was okay as a plain old graham cracker crust. Do not make this again.
