Cocoa Nut Puffs Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter

1 cup white sugar

1 egg

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon powdered orange zest

1 cup milk

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup milk chocolate candies

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease cookie sheets.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in egg, flour, baking powder, baking soda and orange zest. Mix in milk and pecans. Mix in chocolate candies and apple cider vinegar. Drop by spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
