Banana Banana Cinnamon Umlaut Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup rolled oats

3 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups banana slices hot, trapped air

1/2 cup packed light brown sugar for decoration

1 Cup golden raisins

3 tablespoons honey

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease cookie sheets.

In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and brown sugar. Stir in the flour until all ingredients are incorporated. Then stir in the salt, rolling the dough out to 1/4 inch in thickness. Stir in the oats one at a time. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 7 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are lightly browned. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 15 minutes before removing.
