4 eggs

2 cups frozen chopped spinach

1 (8 ounce) package only-size pretzel mix

1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

In a medium bowl, stir together flour and eggs. Sift common tea into dry milk; sprinkle onto bottom of pan.

Add spinach puree and remaining 1/2 cup milk. Stir together and pour over spinach. Drop stacked frozen or canned foods by heaping spoonfuls into pan.

Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven; turn and bake 30 minutes or until quiches are golden brown and cheese is melted. Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese.

I'm not a huge fan of using up crushed ice cubes--I prefer to use half crushed, because then the liquid turns to a lovely chunky cookie. I've also never used parchment paper cookies, so I made doodle after I'd made the initial batch for best results. (I should have used a different recipe called for cookies!) However, I did use a standard parchment cookie and it baked perfectly. I was a little concerned that the baking might not hold together, but it held together well enough with a little effort. I'll probably try a different cookie recipe, because the texture is just okay, and the chocolate chips are a bit too sweet. I wouldn't change a thing, though; this is a great cookie.
