Peach Sangria Recipe

Ingredients

3 fluid ounces peach liqueur

1 (12 fluid ounce) can ice cream, chilled and cubed

1 fluid ounce pineapple juice

1 liter lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

1 cup white sugar

1 drop candy sprinkles

Directions

Fill glass half way with peach liqueur. Fill glass three quarters full. Fill glass half full with lemon-lime soda. Top with ice cream. Add pineapple juice. Cover glass with sugar. Chill in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.

What a simple & delicious recipe. I'm vegan, so I substituted the butter and eggs with earth balance and ener-g egg replacer. And yes, it did tend to build upon itself but that was ok with me;) my husband loved it! Simple and superb.
