6 ounces pepperoni sausage
4 ounces Italian sausage
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) can sliced pepper jack cheese
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place the sausage in a large skillet and brown on all sides. Drain well. Transfer the browned sausage to a large bowl.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the mushrooms, mushrooms and pepper jack cheese. Transfer the sausage to the skillet. Stir in the sour cream and cook and stir until heated through.
Remove pizza from oven and spread out cookies depending on type. Place a layer of the pizza with browned sausage on top of the rolled cookie. Brush with egg white if using a pizza stone. Remove pizza from oven. Brush with remaining sausage.
