Chocolate Elvis Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

1 chocolate candy bar

1 (3 ounce) package chocolate cream cheese

1 large marshmallow creme

1/2 cup milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9 inch square pan or 13x9 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Divide the cake mix evenly into two (one for each side) 9 x 5 inch sheets. Arrange the pudding mix sides up, putting seam side down under the piece of cake. Spread each side of the cake layer with 10 chocolate squares around the edges. Place the marshmallow creme and chocolate squares on top of the marshmallow creme and chocolate squares. Secure with a wooden toothpick. Place the marshmallow creme and chocolate squares on top of the cake layers. Fold the whipped cream over the entire surface.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

I have made this twice now,my husband loves it.Last night I tried it without the eggs and it was a little bland.maybe will try with fresh eggs next time.
